How to Become a CEO

Conditional Exclusive distributorship/ independent business Owner (CEO) Needed (10/21/09):

  1. A new Multilevel Marketing (MLM) Company, Eternal Health Corporation, needs exclusive distributorship in different geographic areas. The distributor is also called Independent Business Owner (IBO). The Conditional Exclusive distributor /independent business Owner is also called CEO.
  2. The areas in concern cover all over the world, include USA, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.
  3. The exclusivity is conditional and based on first come first serve basis. It also is based on availability at the specific time. But some degree of exclusivity in certain territories can always be obtained.
  4. It works like this:
    1. If A from area X signs in as a distributor, he will have area X as his/her exclusive territory of marketing.
    2. If B, who is also from area X, signs in, B will either under A as a downline or be assigned to area Y. That will be up to the choices of B. Area Y can be a carved out from area X, or is a completely separate and new area. If B is under A, then B is not a CEO, if B has a separate territory Y, then B is a CEO.
    3. But once it is determined, the arrangement can not be changed.
    4. The smallest unit of exclusive or carve out area is a county or city. The larger area of exclusivity is a state or province. The largest area of exclusivity is a country. The company has the right to determine how and where to carve out with inputs from the distributors/IBO/CEO, but the final decision is up to the company.
    5. One distributor/IBO/CEO can have only one area of exclusivity.
    6. Any distributor/IBO/ CEO, after the initial establishment of territory, can have his/her downlines located in the other territories eventually. And that has nothing to do with the exclusivity.
    7. There are specific duration for the exclusive arrangement, depending on the size of the territory and the performance. For the level of city/county, it requires at least 5 (five) new downlines a month, so two(2) cities/counties will require 10 (ten) new downlines a month, and so on. For a state/provincial/small country level, it requires 100 (one hundred) a month.
    8. Failure to meet the guidelines will result in loss of exclusivity after three months. But he/she still keeps his/her downlines.
