Overview

If you become an IBO you can get commissions from your orders and also the orders of your downline IBOs (Independent Business Owners) to 3 levels deep, of your sponsored PCs and RCs, and of your downline IBOs’ sponsored PCs and RCs to 2 levels deep.

First level is 10%, second level is 10% and third level is 10%. This commission rate applies to the orders of IBOs, PCs and RCs. The number of your down lines at each level is unlimited. There are Compression mechanisms, so that the downline IBOs, with sponsored PCs or RCs, of an inactive IBO, can move up.

If you, as an IBO, want to receive commissions, you have to remain active. You need to pay the monthly auto-ship charges and web site hosting fees to remain active. The auto-ship will be sent out on the 10th of the month, and your credit card will be charged on the 1st of that month. The web hosting fee is $25 a month, to be charged on the 1st of the month, and the auto ship arrangement is at least $50 a month. The IBO need sto prearrange in his/her extranet the products he/she wants  to purchase when he/she signs in to become an IBO. This $50 does not include the sales tax, shipping and handling charges. The autoship for Bronze IBO is at least $100 a month, and for Executive Bronze IBO and higher ranks is at least $150 a month.

The calculation of your commission is determined by the amount of your business volume (BV). The BV is the price you’ve paid for the products. The BV does not include the sales tax, the shipping and handling fees.

On any payout of the month, there will be a cap of 40% of the total company sales. The sales tax and the shipping and handling fees are not included in the calculation of total sales. The company can adjust the total monthly company payout of total commissions and bonuses at its discretion.

The pay out of commissions is on the 25th of the month. It is once a month.

The products in the autoship arragement can be changed no more than once a month. The changes can be done at the extranet of the IBO replicate web site.

The company at its discretion can place a PC or RC under any IBO. A PC or RC at his/her discretion can request to relocate his/her affiliation upon approval from the company.

An IBO can change the position in a genealogy or move to another genealogy if the adopting IBO agrees. But it can only be done once in a life time.

A PC or a RC can not get any commission. A PC can get 10% discount off the retail price from the second time on of purchase. A PC needs to sign an auto-ship arrangement to get discount. The auto-ship is at least $50 of purchase per month. This does not include the sales tax, the shipping and handling fees. The PC needs to prearrange the names of the product for the auto ship. A RC can not get any discount. He/she has no obligation either.

If an IBO becomes inactive but wants to become active again, he/she has to pay a "reactivation fee for his/her web site and extranet."
Within a year of inactive status, the fee is $300; after one year, it is $500.

    An IBO with commissions of more than $1,000 and less than $2,500 a month.
  3. Bronze IBO
    An IBO with commissions of more than $2,500 but less than $5,000 a month.
  4. Executive Bronze IBO
    An IBO with commissions of more than $5,000 but less than $ 7,500 a month.
  5. Silver IBO
    An IBO with commissions of more than $7,500 but less than $10,000 a month.
  6. Executive Silver IBO
    An IBO with commissions of more than $10,000 but less than $ 12,500 a month.
  7. Gold IBO
    An IBO with commissions of more than $12,500 but less than $15,000 a month.
  8. Executive Gold IBO
    An IBO with commissions of more than $15,000 but less than $20,000 a month.
  9. Platinum IBO
