Cancellation and Return Policy
A brand new Distributor (Independent Business Owner or IBO) or Preferred Customer (PC) can change mind and cancel his/her agreements within 72 hours of enrollment. He/she will get FULL refund to his/her credit card account.
The cancellation should be done by going to the “Contact Us” page of the company web site and sending an email to the company through
cancellation@eternalhealthcorporation.com
. If possible state the reasons. DO NOT CALL.
It will take at least one month to process the cancellation and return the credit back.
A PC, a RC (Retail Customer) or an IBO can return the products within 3 months of purchase if the product is not opened and is resalable. The shipping needs to be prepaid. There will be a $5 restocking fee for every returned item. Please send an email to the company through

Only the purchase price and the sales tax can be credited. It will take at least one month to process and return the credit back.
There will be readjustment/deduction of the commissions for the returned items both for the IBO and his/her upline IBOs at the following payout. The adjusted amount is the actual products' sales price and not including the sales tax.
The sales tax and handling and shipping charges are never included in the calculation of commissions. Only the acutal products' sales are, and they are called Business Volume or BV.
If EHC/UPS ships the products you purchased, and upon arrival to your destination, you found out they are damaged, upon proof, EHC will replace them within 30 days without charges.
