Eternal Health Corporation (EHC) is a multi-level marketing (MLM) company which sells food supplements and nutritional products. The products are all extracts or concentrates and put within the capsules, then bottled. The shipment within US is by UPS after properly boxed. It will take in average 7 to 10 days for delivery.

EHC is totally web based. All registrations for the members should go through the company or the distributor's replicate web site. All communications with the company should also go through the company website on the contact us page, and send the questions/requests through different email addresses of the company for different purposes.

Before becoming a member of EHC, please read the Compensation Plan, Distributor’s Agreement, and Preferred Customer’s (PC) Agreement. Cancellation by a new distributor (Independent Business Owner or IBO) or a new PC can be done within 72 hours of registration. A FULL refund will be credited in at least 30 days period. The process of cancellation should be initiated on the “contact us” page of the company’s web site and please send email to cancellation@eternalhealthcorporation.com. Please state the reasons if any. Please DO NOT CALL.

Return of products can be done within three (3) months of purchase, provided the bottle is not opened and is in resalable condition. The return shipping should be prepaid. There will be a $5 restocking fee for every returned item. The process of return should be initiated on the “contact us” page of the company’s web site and please send email to return@eternalhealthcorporation.com. Please state the reasons if any. Please DO NOT CALL.

The return of products will result in reduction/adjustment of the commissions in the next or following payout of the sponsoring IBO and up-line IBOs. Only the sale price and sales tax, but not the handling and shipping fees, are refundable. The credit will take at least 30 days to post back to your account. If a product is damaged due to shipping, upon proof, it will be replaced within 30 days.

The fulfillment/shipping center needs to have your address.

These 3^rd party vendors have their own policies to deal with their customers’ information.

All payments for the purchases, dues and fees are to go through the company’s or the sponsoring distributor’s replicate web site, and to use credit cards or debit card only. The credit cards include Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, and/or Discover Card.

You have to be at least 18 years of age to become a member of EHC. It is a totally voluntary process. You should not be forced to join as a member of EHC.
